Walla Walla Choral Society

Hoop skirts, bonnets and frock coats take the stage Sunday afternoon as the Walla Walla Choral Society presents “A Taste of Americana,” the music of Stephen Foster. In period costumes the choral members sing Foster favorites such as Beautiful Dreamer, Old Folks at Home and Camptown Races.
The concert is Sunday, May 2nd at 3:00 at Walla Walla University's Melvin K. West Fine Arts Center Auditorium.
Can you imagine the work that went into this beautiful dress?

Paying it Forward with Andy Mackie

A listener sent me a video about this remarkable man named Andy Mackie. I so appreciate how he is sharing his love of music with the next generation. A man who plays the harmonica and trains horses? Why that's just about the perfect man!
